Now, you nail the stress-skin panels on the outside using gutter spikes. When it's done, you fill in all the cracks with that expanding foam stuff. There are then no thermal breaks in the envelope.
The insulation values for walls and roof are R25 and R35, respectively.
I keep the whole thing warm with a 50,000 BTU ground water heat pump during the winter.
You may notice that there aren't any holes for windows or doors.... Once again, all it takes is a chain saw. Really.
